The standard shipping will take 20 to 40 business days with extra 2 to 3 business days of processing time for every order.

return policy

The products can be returned within 14 days after they have been received if the products have any problem (eg: Product quality issues/Unsatisfactory products/Wrong item/Size problem/Color problem,etc.).

Note: Please contact our customer service first if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted and the buyer is responsible for the return costs.

Return Policy Conditions:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.

1.Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

2.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

3.Partial goods of a complete sets cannot be returned.

4.We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

5.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Please besure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products that is not bought from our store.

Please include the following information in the return package :

1) Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.

2) Reasons for return.

Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your original package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

When we refund for the return

Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policyconditions, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

 Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 

1.Do temperature display and LED screen display require electricity or batteries?
No, it doesn't require electricity or batteries. It has a turbine motor inside. When water flows through it, the turbine motor rotates and generates electricity to display the water temperature.

2. Does the KIWISINK sink set include a waterfall faucet? Can waterfall faucets be purchased separately and installed on other sinks?
Yes, the waterfall faucet is included in the entire package. However, waterfall faucets can only be installed with the same type of sink and are not suitable for other sinks.

3. Does the KIWISINK sink kit include a glass rinser and soap dispenser?
Yes, they are combined with waterfall faucets.

4. How durable are KIWISINK kitchen sinks?
Our sinks adopt nano high temperature treatment technology. After high temperature treatment, the sinks are anti-corrosion and anti-scratch;
Our products come with a two-year warranty. During this period, if any quality issues arise, we will replace major components with brand new ones and provide replacement parts for smaller accessories.

5. Can the KIWISINK kitchen sink accommodate a garbage disposal?
Yes, this sink can be fitted with a garbage disposal. The outer diameter of the drainage hole is 110mm. The garbage disposal can be installed as long as the hole diameter fits the drain hole of our sink. You can check out the spec sheet for more size details.

6. Are KIWISINK sinks scratch-proof and rust-proof?
Yes, KIWISINK sinks have a metal coating on the surface to prevent scratches and rust.

7. What materials are the main body of the KIWISINK sink and bathroom mainly made of?
The main body of the sink is made of high-quality food-grade 304 stainless steel with nano-coating on the surface.

8. How do I protect my kitchen sink?
Clean your sink regularly with soapy water.
Rinse the sink after using cleaning products.
Wipe the sink surface with a soft cloth to remove any liquid residue.
Do not cut food directly on the sink surface.
Do not leave sharp objects on the sink surface for long periods of time.
Do not use abrasive cleaning products, sanding tools, steel wool or bleaching products.

9. Can I change the temperature from extra to Fahrenheit?
No, the temperature is only displayed in Celsius.
